Short version: Use NoxReach for legitimate DJ booking management. Don't abuse the service. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. The free plan is free forever — paid plans renew until you cancel.
NoxReach is a DJ booking management tool that helps DJs track leads, follow-ups, and confirmed gigs. It is operated by Gregorgus (GEEZ), Cologne, Germany ("we", "us", "NoxReach").
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NoxReach.
NoxReach offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. Free features are available indefinitely with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup.
You agree not to use NoxReach to:
You own all data you enter into NoxReach — lead names, notes, contact details, templates, and other content ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using NoxReach you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
NoxReach is hosted and operated entirely within the EU. Your data is never transferred outside the EEA.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account in the app. Alternatively, email hello@noxreach.io and we will process your deletion request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy §6 for full retention details.
NoxReach, its branding, UI, and code are the intellectual property of Gregorgus. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
NoxReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. We are not responsible for any bookings gained or lost as a result of using or not using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoxReach and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. We will attempt to notify you before doing so, except in cases of serious violation. You may terminate your account at any time.
On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for any disputes, then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email active users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of NoxReach after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne, Germany, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
